Outside Sales/Marketing Rep
In your role as an Outside Sales/Marketing Rep, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your clients by understanding their business goals and objectives and then developing print solutions that will add value and accelerate their revenue growth. You will be helping your clients achieve the desired results by matching their needs with our product solutions while consistently delivering superior quality services.
Your role will entail selling advertising, marketing programs, and digital printing solutions to businesses throughout Southern California. As your client's print consultant you will be helping your client develop creative digital print materials. You will be working on advertising and marketing programs and campaigns. You will be responsible for generating client leads and managing your client database. You will manage the initial artwork, concept and requirements for pre-press activities. You will be involved in ensuring excellent order management, pricing strategies, contract management, product delivery, and product training. Your customer service will be world class. By significantly building our digital printing division, this opportunity will allow you to make a major contribution to CPS Printing as well as to your clients.

Customer Service Rep (CSR) – Digital
Position Summary: Support sales staff and customers by reviewing data and materials supplied by customer and entering data into PSI. Estimate jobs as needed. Schedule and monitor Indigo jobs to meet deadlines. Review proofs. Interact with production team to answer and resolve issues arising during production of print jobs. Participate in the development of new ideas and improvement of existing procedures and processes. Interact with accounting re billing and help ensure customer information and invoicing is current and accurate. Inform production management of changes. Support sales staff by writing and/or reviewing RFQs. Maintain accurate customer records. Support department manager as needed.
Position Requirements: 5 yrs customer service experience in printing industry. Problem solving skills. PC proficiency. Attention to detail. Able to multi-task.
